This policy applies to our website at thebotmarket.com (the "Website") and to any communication you have with us in connection with it. It will be updated before we launch the full Bot Market platform, and the platform will carry its own terms and privacy notice when it opens.
This policy explains what personal data we collect from you, or that you provide to us, how we use it, and the choices and rights you have. Please read it carefully. By using the Website or submitting information to us, you understand that we will process your personal data as described here. If you do not agree with this policy, please do not use the Website or submit information to us.

The Website and our services are not directed at, or intended for, anyone under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children. If you believe a child has provided us with personal data, contact us at the address in section 3 and we will delete it.

Some of our service providers are outside the United Kingdom. Tally is in the European Economic Area, which the UK recognises as providing adequate protection. Vercel and Google are in the United States. Where personal data is transferred outside the UK we rely on the UK's adequacy regulations where they apply, and otherwise on the International Data Transfer Agreement or the International Data Transfer Addendum to the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses, together with the technical and organisational safeguards those providers offer. You can ask us for details of these safeguards.
We have put in place appropriate measures to prevent your personal data from being accidentally lost, used or accessed in an unauthorised way, altered or disclosed. Access to your personal data is limited to those who have a business need to know it, and they are subject to a duty of confidentiality. We have procedures for dealing with any suspected personal data breach and will notify you and the Information Commissioner's Office where we are legally required to do so.
Please be aware that communication over the internet, such as email, is not secure unless encrypted. We cannot accept responsibility for unauthorised access or loss of personal data that is beyond our control.

To exercise any of these rights, write to hello@thebotmarket.com. We may ask you to confirm your identity before acting on a request. We do not charge a fee unless a request is clearly unfounded, repetitive or excessive. We aim to respond within one month.
The Website does not set cookies of its own. The Tally form, when opened, may set cookies that are strictly necessary for it to work, such as remembering that a submission has been made. We do not use advertising or analytics cookies. If we introduce them in future we will update this policy and ask for your consent where required.
We keep registration of interest email addresses until The Bot Market launches and for a reasonable period afterwards so that we can tell you about it, or until you ask us to remove you, whichever is sooner. Correspondence is kept for as long as needed to deal with your enquiry and for any legal, regulatory or accounting purpose that applies. Technical Data in hosting logs is retained by our hosting provider for a limited period for security purposes and then deleted.
The Website may link to other websites and services. We are not responsible for their privacy practices, and we recommend that you read their policies before providing them with any personal data.
We may amend this policy from time to time and will post any changes on this page with a new "last updated" date. If we plan to use your personal data for a new purpose that is not compatible with the purposes described here, we will contact you first and, where required, ask for your consent.
